Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ZEB Jewelry.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us at zebince26@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
3. Do not send any products back to the manufacturer without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for defective and non-defective products. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
